一：絎縫機介紹絎縫機是一種用于床墊、床罩、棉被等表面縫制線形圖案的紡織機械。用于被子縫制成型的絎縫機按照針數(shù)和縫制圖形的多好可分為直絎機和電腦絎縫機兩類。直絎機通常是7針、9針、11針三種，這種縫被機只能縫制直線；電腦絎縫機為單針設(shè)計，采用電腦可視化界面控制機器移動實現(xiàn)花型的縫制。我們主要介紹電腦絎縫機。二：絎縫機原理絎縫機是以XY—Z型運動的系統(tǒng)。XY軸控制機頭的運動，Z軸控制機頭的絎縫。（1）Z軸方向運動——絎縫針上下的運動。（兩個伺服）（2）X軸方向運動——絎縫機的機頭左右運動。（一個伺服）（3）Y軸方向運動——絎縫機的機頭前后運動。（一個伺服）其中Z軸是要兩個伺服來配合完成，伺服Z1：控制絎縫針上下運動。伺服Z2：控制梭，實時跟隨針。此伺服完全自動跟隨不用電腦系統(tǒng)控制。所以電腦是三軸系統(tǒng)，但卻控制著4個伺服。Z軸主要工藝是：在500-2800針/分的速度下，保證針始終能插入梭孔里三：Z軸的工藝介紹我們主要提供伺服系統(tǒng)，Z1和Z2軸的工藝過程如下1：上電：先“針”Z1自動回原點，停在高位。2：收到針回原點完成后，Z2“梭”自動回原點,運動到跟隨起始位置。3：開始跟隨。 我們伺服Z1和Z2具備的功能和性能優(yōu)勢1：Z1和Z2具有自動回原點功能2：Z1“針”可以通過計算角度范圍輸出高位信號3：Z2有跟隨功能4：性能要求：跟隨不能有累計誤差，實時的跟隨性能好，能保證2800針/min。內(nèi)不撞針。四：電氣配置 序號說明數(shù)量單位1絎縫機電腦控制系統(tǒng)（客戶自備）1套21500W伺服系統(tǒng)（X,Y軸）2套3400W伺服系統(tǒng)（Z2梭子）1套4750W伺服系統(tǒng)（Z1針）1套
